It had great connections to Oxford on public transport (at the time of writing this there were roadworks that meant the bus to the centre stopped as Osney Island and works will continue into 2026), as well as having good road connections to other points of interest in Oxfordshire. "We chose this house as it was near Oxford where we wanted to be to celebrate a family birthday. It was a perfect location with a bus stop at the end of the drive with frequent buses into the city centre.
The house was spacious and catered for all our needs, there is also a good sized garden, the property is quiet and private.

"We had a fab long weekend at Percy's house. It was spacious, well equipped for our family gathering of 11, with lovely garden, views, and in a quiet neighbourhood. And it was exceptionally clean. Percy was a great host, answering any questions quickly and providing some treats for our event. Lovely space to get together with friends and family. We had a private chef come one evening to cater for us - that was Joey from Peach and Pudding Catering. Lovely man, with delicious menus.
